By booking or using our services through our website [https://rscabsbanglore.in/], you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making any booking.

 

1. General Terms

“RRS CABS BANGALORE”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the company operating the taxi booking platform.

 

“Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the person booking or using our services.

 

Using our website or confirming a booking implies that you accept these Terms fully.

 

2. Booking Policy

All bookings can be made through our website, helpline number, or WhatsApp support.

 

Customers must provide accurate details (pickup address, drop location, date, time, contact number, etc.).

 

The fare displayed during booking is estimated, and actual charges may vary depending on distance, tolls, waiting time, or other applicable charges.

 

Bookings are confirmed only after a confirmation message or email is received from our side.

 

3. Payment Policy

Payments can be made online (UPI, cards, wallets) or directly to the driver after trip completion.

 

Some bookings may require advance payment for confirmation.

 

In case of cancellation or no-show, refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

 

All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

 

4. Trip Modifications

Any changes to booking (route, pickup time, trip type) must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

 

Additional distance, waiting, or route changes may lead to extra charges as per the applicable tariff.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 6 hours of the scheduled trip may not attract any cancellation charge.

 

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the trip may be charged up to 50% of the estimated fare.

 

“No Show” (driver arriving at pickup but customer not present) will be treated as trip cancelled, and full fare may apply.

 

6. Responsibilities of the Passenger

Passengers are requested to ensure that all personal belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.

We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

 

The customer must maintain cleanliness and discipline inside the vehicle.

 

Any damage to the vehicle due to passenger behavior will be chargeable to the customer.

 

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Driver & Vehicle Policy

All drivers are verified with valid driving licenses and identification.

 

Vehicles are maintained as per RTO and safety norms.

 

The company is not liable for any delay due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.

 

8. Outstation & Local Trip Terms

For outstation trips, minimum billing is calculated on a per-day basis (calendar day).

 

Night charges may apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

 

Extra kilometers, tolls, parking, and state taxes will be charged as per actuals.

 

AC usage in hill areas may be restricted for safety and engine efficiency.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

We act as a service facilitator between passengers and drivers/vendors.

 

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the trip, delay, or driver behavior.

 

In case of disputes, our liability will be limited to the fare amount paid for the booking in question.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, breakdowns, or government restrictions.

 

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts, and governed by the laws of India.
